I have been a member for several years now and I have not had one bad experience at the H&S Alliance location. I am over 50 years old and self care is my top priority. Tori has been my esthetician for a while now and she knows her products and her client's skin. She is a natural and cares about your skin needs. I do not want to forget the front desk! Stacey and Lanesha are always so helpful and patient with all my questions. H&S at Alliance rocks!! ❤️😁🫶

I’m not usually a fan of chains, but my boyfriend booked me a massage here, and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. The staff was genuinely welcoming—kind, attentive, and full of hospitality in a way that immediately put me at ease. The spa itself had a calming energy which was needed after the week I had. And my deep tissue massage was exceptional. I left feeling weightless and will definitely go back the next time I’m in TX.

Alex is an excellent esthetician!!! I appreciate her knowledge and thoroughness prior to service. She really cares about what's Best for the client. Nice quiet relaxing visit. I highly recommend!! THANKS ALEX!!❤️ Additionally, Dee, the reception manager made me feel extremely welcome, valued, and appreciated from booking the appointment over the phone, to my arrival, all the way until I checked out. I was in a car accident earlier this week, and even though I booked my hot stone massage appointment weeks earlier I considered cancelling it not knowing how I would feel with pressure and heat all over. BOY am I glad I didn’t. Belinda listened to my concerns and pain areas, and we went with light pressure. She told me that since the accident was so fresh we shouldn’t get ahead of the body’s healing process. I painfully and stiffly walked into Hand and Stone, and walked out feeling so much better. Belinda, I’ll see you in two weeks as you recommended!!! The front desk staff were also super helpful during check in (sorry I didn’t get their names!) and SO informative on their membership plan. I signed RIGHT up. Fantastic establishment and I can’t wait to go back!
